Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview was mostly inclined towards the role applied for (Academic Operations - Team Lead ). Questions were asked mostly on team management , stress management,focus on student attendance , retention strategies and ticket solving. I was able to answer most of the questions correctly since I have similar job role in previous organisation.

I would also advice to focus on the above said topics along with some research on the company(Goals , Products , Growth , SWOT analysis).
