If you don't break any SOP's the company won't fire you but may transfer you depending upon your hub ranking and targets.

Work culture is not much good if you really wanna work just forget about your family, friends and proper sleep. Company policies are good but there isn't much incentive for ground staff or salary increments after appraisals. Politics is always at its peek like any other industry just make your seniors happy and work as much as they want so that they could rest.

There is no job security in instakart during this pandemic. No work from from policy for lower grade employees (Not atleast for female employees). Instakart being an Pan india services pvt ltd doesn't willing to provide change of work location for home town during this crisis. No work life balance in instakart the work pressure is very high.
