However, I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the lack of growth opportunities and recognition within the organization during this time. While I takeimmense pride in being part of Ekart's journey, the absence of professional advancement has been discouraging. Many of us on the ground work tirelessly to ensure seamless operations, often going above and beyond to uphold the company’s standards. Yet, the lack of avenues for career progression and acknowledgment of this effort impacts morale and motivation. I believe that fostering a culture of growth and recognizing contributions can greatly enhance both individual and organizational success. The logistics and operations teams consistently go above and beyond to meet challenging targets and maintain Flipkart’s reputation. Yet, the absence of recognition for this hard work often leads to a sense of dissatisfaction and underappreciation. I believe that a culture of acknowledgment and appreciation can foster greater motivation, enhance team morale, and ultimately benefit the organization as a whole.
