YKB MH has some serious issues with work life balance. U have to attend after working hours meet calls.After HR's involvement this is reduced but still that is very irritating.

Flipkart is very good company but the culture is Yakubpur North zone is terrible. The managers and above are very partial. And promotions and growth are totally depends on favouritism. And the major thing is they are unable to the handle diversity. No respect, no appreciation, no R n R for female employees. Yakubpur site is not good for anything.
