Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Not recommended to anyone, fake people in the company, fake commitment promising with the employee, no off in the company working on Saturday and Sunday as well and working time are 9 to 6 pm but forces to worked employees till 8 pm even after going home, not giving overtime payout, management not co-operative ( purnima, Tarunjot and manoj and neeru). Dont trust trust them they will terminate you whenever they want and without payout better to go with another company

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was for Recruitment Executive at Mindlance India Pvt Ltd. The only trick which can help you in clearing the interview is your Communication skills, confidence and knowledge. In this Job you have to coordinate with people at United states. So you have to be confident enough that you can handle them nicely at the time of coordination. You should have a good knowledge of screening the candidate, grill them well and make them understand about the Job for which you are hiring. "Just work as you are working for your own company. That's when you will give your 100%." The Interviewer also asked about all the tax terms and on-boarding paperwork used at United States. Luckily I was able to answer them well. One more advice I would like to add- If you do not know/not sure about any answer at interview, then simply say "Sorry sir, I am not sure about the answer of this question." Just be calm, don't get nervous, Its just an interview.
