Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - IEM is a fraud institution that tends to lift those, already on the top. The college and bank have tied up a relationship. If any student is unable to pay the education loan, both IDBI bank and IEM go after the student's personal life. The college cannot provide proper placements for students. Arka Mukhopadhyay (MBA placement dept.)and Sujit Dutta threatens the students to stick to the first job that they get. Sujit Dutta (HOD of MBA) is a shrewd and highly diplomatic individual who favors rich people (nepotism). He also involves himself in gathering information about employees through Nobita masi and sohini dutta. The MBA 3rd floor staffroom involves themselves in having hard drinks during college hours (empty glass bottles lay hidden, which is cleared by Nobita masi). After 3:30 pm or 4pm, profs instead of taking training classes, they sit in the HOD's chamber and have jhal muri, singara, dim chop (Nobita masi helps in getting these for them). Saptaparna ( a prof with no net qualification) tends to leave the college every day around 2 pm so that she can pay extra attention to her child. Sourav Banerjee ( provide less or no class at all for quantitative techniques to the students) involves himself in writing research papers and books so he sys that he has no time to provide complete class. He also forces students to pay bribe to provide passing marks. Moreover, he lures students to his home to get involved in religious activities with her wife (he says he is Radha ma!). Sourav Banerjee to gain complete trust of the students, instructs them to do bad insulting, and shameful activities. Last year, Sourav Banerjee has instructed Barshsa Patra (a second year student) to burn Operations management book (library issued). The college provides meal to the profs, which is really very good conduct. But this meal at times also provides cockroaches, eggs of cockroaches, not so boiled potato). The boy distributing the food to the profs has a tendency to hide the best pieces for their low-grade staff. Most of the profs at IEM do not have Net exam clearance, but are still allowed to teach. Shneha (of MBA placement dept. is mentioned as prof. Shneha in the "NAAC" records, but sits here place making no additional calls to the company. She doesn't teach. In the records, it is shown as Prof. (again absolutely no appearance in Net exam). and does placement for college. She says lies to the students (obviously based on the instruction of the Director or HOD). The ground floor staffroom involves young UEM faculties. Sohini Dutta (Prof of Business Com - no net clearance) flirts with young male faculties (Arijit Sarkar and Dyutish Chatterjee) in the staffroom. The ground floor environment is very toxic. Sohini (UEM GS faculty) tells lies about others and mocks loudly about other profs. in the staffroom. Whenever Arijit Sarkar (GS faculty - UEM) sees young female profs, has a tendency to poems loudly to them. Banani Chakraborty and Satyajit Chakraborty are total hypocrite, emotionless, highly capitalist mentality and shameless individuals. In the morning chapel, Satyajit Chakraborty (Senior) told PKB (was a prof but now has been detected ill, so he doesn't come to college) in a very loud tone "he is n idiot" (Mr. Chakraborty said this in the morning meeting in front of both engineering and management faculties). Souhardo (works along with Sujit Dutta) does not take any class at all). To make the student pass, he gives above pass marks in the final representation of marksheet. All the marks of the students are changed (if the student has not scored well) - this is done to stay uptodate with the NAAC A grade. IEM will take all personal information about the candidate and when he sees that the employee are not fulfilling his objective, he fires them straight. Without any consideration or thoughts, he just kicks out employees. He also says to them that he doesn't want to keep any relationship with them. Her wife puts preposterous accusations and complains about employees to HOD (she does this when she doesn't want to keep the employee). The HR never receives calls or responses about anything. Swati Mukherjee (marketing prof, has cleared NET) hides information from employee. If the info is needed to be conveyed to the employee from management, she withholds. Writuparna (Systems Prof) is of another cunning level. He is altogether from a different dimension. He is like that rabbit who thinks, he cannot be seen, if he hides behind Two leaves. IEM gives job, based on their objective and whether you are able to get the next monthly grocery or not, he will kick you out. Whether you will be able to take care of your family or not, he ul kick out people. Whether you are able to pay your bills or not for the coming month, he will kick you out. Based on his objective, he lifts people, and then tosses them to the down the sea level. Wearing that white gown doesn't make him look like a church's father, though he is a very senior person but has lost complete ability to understand others. He is not under the verge of managing IEM.
