1 Question

  • Q1. Why are asking so much hike

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They started asking questions to humiliate you. As you are nothing and they are everything. Because you are asking hike from the previous organization.

Academic director and VC both ladies are not good they create so much pressure on you so that you can not answer any question and if you are giving answer they will not agree that you are nothing. Even HR is not good when i asked for salary hike HR was rude with me started insulting me.

I want to ask who has given this right to insult others. If you do not want to pay or appoint that is your choice but you do not have right to insult others.

It was a very bad experience and same happened to my known at Gwalior campus too. As per my experience and observation it is not a right place to work because when they can not give respect to others then how will they give respect to their employees.
