Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Stop becoming pressure cookers and accept the fact that you can't know/ learn everything.
First learn the art of accepting. Be it anything technical or otherwise, you aren't expected to know or learn everything.
Learn to apologise or say "I am unable to recall or I'll get back to you", instead of bluffing or making stories.
I didn't try to overdo anything before the interview and just tried to believe that whatever I'd done would be enough or otherwise I'll simply say "I don't know the right answer or will get back".
This attitude doesn't do much except the pressure it reduces of ,always being correct or ,being wrong even once is immense.
It won't help you crack each and every every interview, but will definitely help you reduce the anxiety and raise the level of presence of mind during that pressure situation.
This attitude helped me in cracking my interview atleast.

Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?
I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage.
I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there).
I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
