Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The HR (Ms Axxson) offered me a job position. At first, I would like to accept this offer since it suits my career development. However, I have rejected the offer.

The main reason that I decided to reject the offer is due to the ATTITUDE OF HR. In fact, the salary is just OK and there is no ot claims, no holidays, no bonus, and increment during the first year.

The HR shows like very RUDE and IMPOLITE when I trying to discuss the details of the job offer. When I try to ask the HR on the salary, it insulted me that "A PERSON SHOULD NOT BECOME A PRODUCT TO INCREASE OWN VALUE WHEN ASKING TO INCREASE THE SALARY." And it said that it won't help me to request for any further increment for the salary.

Furthermore, the HR is trying to cheat me by saying that the company public holiday is follow the bank. However, when I keep asking, it mentioned that you are required to work on public holiday with a replacement of annual leave only.

When I am still shocking with its UNPROFESSIONAL attitude, it mentioned that "If you accept the offer, I welcome you ; but if you don't accept it, I still have another 5-6 candidates to move on."

At the end, it hang me up rudely. However, I would like to stated that I only dislike with what the HR act on me but not the company. Thus, I hope the company can improve the quality of the HR department so that more talents would join. Lots of DISSATISFACTION and WOULD NOT CONSIDER to apply in these few years.
