Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please discuss and confirm your salary expectation clearly before actually entering into interview process. I've wasted my two weeks and after selection they said they don't have that much budget (Which has negligible difference from organization perspective) even though they agreed before starting the interview process. Telling the budget issue is totally fine but not after clearing all the rounds.
People make time from their current work to prepare and appear for the rounds of interview, I would suggest them to respect the people's time. I am very much disappointed by this approach by such prominent organization.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
