Interview Preparation Tips
There were 3 interviewers who didn't show their faces throughout the course of the interview. It was online so as an interviewee you might feel a bit odd.
One of the interviewers was polite to talk. The other one was complete opposite since he kept on cutting me off as i was trying to answer something. He gave me the impression that he was trying to show off his knowledge of the subject rather than knowing mine. The third one just didn't say anything.
Lastly, the norm is to ask the interviewee if he/she has anything to ask. That didn't happen either.
Not the best of experiences.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Interview was for just 10 mins. Can’t really say which part of the process was the reason. Might be because of the interest shown.GD- I did not interrupt anybody, I spoke once and spoke sense. Capgemini prefers people who are calm, cool, precise and not overly aggressive.
General Tips: Presentation matters, knowledge about the company is a turn-on for them. I told about how I went about researching the company and profile offered by contacting friends in Capgemini. They all seem to be proud about working for the company, so I think expressing genuine interest is important.
