Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have personally experience with Lodha Group Interview for MIS role
1st round would be better normal soft skills round taken by H.R,
2nd round would be Technical round but you will not get know performance, marks or neither H.R will not tell you, where is your weak points or overall experience about technical knowledge as per test given by you need to be improve.
3 rd round mostly taken by HOD,
4 rd round might also taken by HOD's consent person even they busy
they will take round con-call depends.
Once you clear all this thinks, you might be short listed after this process
If you are not shortlist or rejected H.R will not update you.
