Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please don't attend any HCL interview it will be complete waste of time .I have cleared all rounds and recived letter of intent and uploaded documents ,it's been about a month still there is no update . HR are worst they won't bothered to rever for any mails and phone calls . These concerns are not alone mine . I heated many people are facing the same problem with hcl interview process .

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: After matching job requirement Resume was shortlisted for further processing and rounds.
Tips: Make your resume simple yet attractive by highlighting your strenghts and achivements. But make sure you do not mention anything fake or something which you cannot answer. Example: If you are Cisco certified (cleared Any cisco exam) but are not confident to answer questions and cisco certification is not mandate for this role then do not mention the same in your resume.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Interviewer just wanted to check your communication skills and command over english language. Asked about previous jobs etc
Tips: Be confident, try not to be quite and speak as much as you can but also talk relevant.
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Many OSD and software deployment qs were asked in detail.
Tips: Be confident and make sure you have command over your skills. Do not answer anything you dont know. Simply tell that you dont know the answer. Try to drive the interview. Dont just sit and answer qs, try to make it a discussion and know more session.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR will ask your salary expectations and what do you expect from this company, what will be your goals and where do you see yourself in this company.
Tips: Study your job market and know whats is being offerred. Do not hesitate in asking what you want but be realistic. Try to play with numbers and demand slightly higher than what is being offerred in market. As you will always land up with something lesser than you demand.
Always show the HR that you will be loyal and work hard. Never discuss your exit plan. Tell them that you see many years with this company.
