Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had very poor experience with capgemini HR . After clearing 1 technical and 1 managerial round . In Salary discussion , HR kept on telling me " why will you join our company when you have offer in hand ".
Then he went on rambling about what will happen if i accept the offer and didnt join the company . ( He still hasn't discussed salary or offered me position yet) . Later he went and told me , i wasted thier time by giving interview because i already have offer in hand. ( Still he didnt offer me job ,andi didnt say i will not join ) .
Please be aware such HR rounds are painfull. Before you start your first round ask recruiter to reach out to HR and get it clear if they want candidate who already have offer and are serving notice period .
