Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had interview for credit risk role, Interviewer was some pilani and Ramesh from Bangalore, they had literally no idea of process, poor English, they had come up with few questions and expected candidates to answer as per there written Google answers which is worst.
Wells Fargo has been so worst in recent days, they offer manager and lead roles just based on experience internally with Zero subject knowledge and no proper English.

And I felt, I have wasted my valuable time for an interview

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I like very much and company is too good even my company chair man velayan extraordinary person but The Branch level Area level and Brach level management is very very very worst. We have working there are 14 to 16 hours per day. Actually we have going home for sleep only. Daily meeting start on 7 o clock end at 9 Am clock. Again there are 2 to 4 meetings and concalls. further evening we have leave from office 8: 30 PM. Some times we are leaving 11 or 12 o clock. And Regional level managers are speaking very wild with raw words. They are speaking like illiterate people. Company is so good but Branch wise it very worst
