Round: Group Discussion
Experience: It was a very interesting round, we were given sufficient time to think about topic.
First we were asked to speak individually on the topic ,later panel member asked is to make same topic as debate.
Tips: Don't sit silent, if you are not getting a chance to speak, you can interrupt to the people and seek a chance to put your point.
Duration: 30 minutes

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Tips: Be confident and tell the exact you know, don't try make customised concepts.
Try to drag interviewer towards the fields of your strength.

Experience: Technical Round consisted of two rounds. Both were telephonic
My first round was about 55 minutes. Be sure to revise all your basic concepts and most of all, you should know about your current MT-Project
The second round lasted for 30 mins
Tips: Go through your resume. Be sure you are confident enough to explain about your projects

Experience: It was a general HR round. They asked simple questions regarding family, hobbies and told us about CTC breakup.

Experience: I had submitted my resume in cognizant portal and it got shortlisted after which I got ? for aptitude round

Experience: Had questions on reasoning, puzzles, quantity,English language

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: I was asked questions on the subject I am more comfortable..asked few sql queries and then asked about my technical skills mentioned in resume.. Also project I had worked on was asked to explain

Experience: I was from mechanical background and did not know how to code but the interviewer made sure that I finish the same.
Tips: If you are going to change your field, be prepared for questions related to the new field

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: After matching job requirement Resume was shortlisted for further processing and rounds.
Tips: Make your resume simple yet attractive by highlighting your strenghts and achivements. But make sure you do not mention anything fake or something which you cannot answer. Example: If you are Cisco certified (cleared Any cisco exam) but are not confident to answer questions and cisco certification is not mandate for this role then do not mention the same in your resume.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Interviewer just wanted to check your communication skills and command over english language. Asked about previous jobs etc
Tips: Be confident, try not to be quite and speak as much as you can but also talk relevant.
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Many OSD and software deployment qs were asked in detail.
Tips: Be confident and make sure you have command over your skills. Do not answer anything you dont know. Simply tell that you dont know the answer. Try to drive the interview. Dont just sit and answer qs, try to make it a discussion and know more session.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR will ask your salary expectations and what do you expect from this company, what will be your goals and where do you see yourself in this company.
Tips: Study your job market and know whats is being offerred. Do not hesitate in asking what you want but be realistic. Try to play with numbers and demand slightly higher than what is being offerred in market. As you will always land up with something lesser than you demand.
Always show the HR that you will be loyal and work hard. Never discuss your exit plan. Tell them that you see many years with this company.
