2. They hired me for purchase but they woant I do production, store, dispatch also.
3. There is no HR department. Only a single madam even she's not from HR background.
4. Payment terms are very bad so material availability not possible.
5. Dispatch person have setting with the vendors.
6. And in all the MD of the company Mr. Hitiesh is a short tempred person. Even he didn't know how to deal with female staff.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Aptitude Test Round
It was a MCQ test on CS Fundamentals. We have to answer 50 questions in 40 minutes. Accuracy is must. Company have its own cutoff and it's usually high. So try to gain maximum marks as possible. The results were announced in 1.5 hrs. The selected candidates will be appearing for the coding challenge.

Coding Test Round
There are 5 questions. 1 easy , 3 medium, 1 hard. You should solve atleast 4 questions to get shortlisted for the interview. Results are announced in 2-3 hours. Take a look at these questions. One of the questions from the coding challenge will be asked in the interview.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - When I was cleared my all round of interview and then HR comes to me and said 'congratulations you are selected ' and please come tomorrow for the documentation. Tomorrow the HR assign me the task of assessment, that was not acceptable 😑 because I was cleared my all round off interview and they told me to come for the documentation. On the last day I was resigned my last company because I got selected. But this situation is very difficult for me whether I failed assessment then they reject me. I did my assessment and have cleared 🙌 and then they told me for typing test which results is passes and then they started the documentation. It takes approx 21 days to get offer letter.
