Round 2 - Assignment

Two samples of previous work. Had to prepare an additional presentation for a given topic.

Round 3 - Group Discussion

Questions regarding various scenarios in the job profile (focused on the approach of solving roadblocks in a project or client handling). A good number of questions on how one would handle various possible scenarios related to the role. Some questions regarding the tools (software, various learning models) one is familiar with. A brief presentation on a previously informed topic.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Most questions can be easily answered if one has 1-2 years of work experience in a related role. I felt that it is best to answer questions from your point of view rather than following any standard answers, if any, from the internet (or otherwise). Important to analyze various scenarios where a project can face roadblocks. The company has an open-minded work culture, so apart from the above, teamwork (and how you would specifically engage in teamwork), how to give and provide feedback and communicate with external clients/workers play an important role.
It is not necessary that one needs to know a lot of job-specific tools (one must be aware of the basic ones though), as the company has a good learning and development program and job-related training is provided, but it is important to be able to utilize the basic tools with good effect. Also, there would be a time-bound presentation. I felt that it is important to be able to present your work clearly and lucidly within the specified time.

I applied via Company Website and was interviewed in Aug 2022. There were 4 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Resume Shortlist

Properly align and format text in your resume. A recruiter will have to spend more time reading poorly aligned text, leading to high chances of rejection.
