Because this is kind of question which is asked in every interview. For freshers they prefer basic questions related to industry and formulations , dosage forms and instruments likhe UV, HPLC, IR, FTIR, GC. their pricipal which you will study while pursuing B.pharm or B.sc and some chemical analysis such as limit test, arsenic, pH.
