Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: From the 35 questions, 3 of them were fill in the blanks type and the rest were objective type questions. The questions were strictly technical and the students clearing the cut-off marks were supposed to be preapared for the next round on immediate basis.
Tips: To conquer this round one must have command on technical terminologies and theories.
Duration: 45 minutes
Total Questions: 35

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: This round was just after the written test on the very same day and the resume of 19 students were selected for the interview round. It was not that clear shortlisting because it was all done on the basis of the marks of written test. And one can score marks(many a times) in objective type questions just by guessing.
Tips: Just be with enough of theoretical stuff(respective field/branch) and focused from your own side,so that no one can raise any question regarding the technical knowledge along with the way you attempted the written test.

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: This was the final round with HR and senior manager of the company. They raised and manipulated each and every question in relation with technical terms and the way one prepares her/himself for the interview.
But thanks to calmness I maintained within me which helped me in not getting confused and not answering in inappropriate manner and above all helped me in getting selected.
Tips: Stay calm and listen to each and every question very carefully. And don't try to jump between questions or show nervousness. If they are asking multiple questions at a time, try to frame all the points in a single answer with not converting it in a long paragraph or story.
