PF cut in office account but if you resign they will not get your PF. no salary time to time. also, Sunday working. senior and HR are not professional. no growth. senior are shoe licking activities so he does partiality with staff and makes fake complaints, rumors, and blams those who don't do buttering or walk back and forth but few employees were experts in office in these activities and they get special treatment from senior there work was good or not. this is the working experience of 7 to 8 yrs in builtwell solutions Ltd where is don't know the detailed work of any specific project and expects the employee not to make a single error in file deliver to client. this was not an issue that I have faced many other employees also have the same concerns but because of the insecurity of their jobs, they don't make any complaints. the strange thing was I discussed this issue with HR and management there was no response.

Gives a good salary for a fresh civil engineer even though their profit from him is thrice or quadrupole from the salary he is getting.

Dislikes

once the client is allotted no communication from the company side no one gonna call you. When we are working at a remote location a call from the company really makes us happy but that is missiing.

...l site situation,not called for 4--5 months, beleive on what people says only... Disrespect to the employees , not paying salary on time , also salary depends on the client ,if paid by the client then only be salary paid to the employees.. not get salary of the last month I worked .no dues cleared of stationery & other items which was told to buy ourselves & seems to be paid but no dues cleared till date....They are arrogant & Non technical persons...lack of Site working knowledge...

Very bad company, i have ever worked for. They will give you preference until you are working for them, after resignation they will even hold your salary which you will never get.

Dislikes

Salary structure was not good, they just hire candidate like buying from market, and after work they will not give value to anyone.
