Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It's been a poor experience of interviewing with YouGov India. The Indian interviewer was really arrogant and had a condescending tone of interviewing. Some questions were outright dumb and indicated lack of quality or knowledge of the hiring manager. The interviewer was combative and unknowingly hinted towards a poor work culture of that team. The US counterpart behaved decently and had genuine and smart questions, felt more like a discussion between two logical people

Advice : YouGov, please improve your quality of Managers and Snr.managers. Train them on group discussion, interviewing skills etc. This Indian guy had around 20 years of experience in the industry as he claimed but felt like a fool high on ego and zero knowledge or capabilities.
