Client Manager - Product Certification

The auditor role:

We are superb opportunity for a Product Certification Auditor to join part of our growing and exciting new Product Certification team.

As a BSI auditor you will support clients through their assessment process with us to achieve certification to Kite Mark and various Product Testing specifications. No two days are the same; we see a wide range of clients from the very small to global brands in different industry sectors with opportunities to work on site and remotely.

Youll take clients through the audit process and once this is complete, youll prepare a report and present your findings, ultimately helping our clients to improve.

For this role:

Were looking for someone who already has a good level of knowledge and experience in "external product certification assessment", ideally gained from a certification body or similar environment.

You will need to be a great communicator, agile in your approach, resilient and supportive. For this role youll need to bring industry knowledge in the manufacturing or construction industries (CPR), as well alongside your "external auditing" skills. Experience within steel casting/manufacturing, specifically manhole cover standards (EN 124) would be a huge benefit.
