Audit Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of ISMS and PIMS concepts, including implementation expertise.
• Understand the existing Dexian processes and develop policies and procedures to align with standard upgrades, if applicable.
• Conduct internal audits as per ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards.
• Facilitate auditees in understanding and adhering to ISO frameworks.
• Create awareness and provide training for all employees on ISO standards and their requirements.
• Possess expertise in handling third-party audits and client audits.
• Perform internal risk assessments and apply appropriate resolution strategies and treatments.
• Analyze and evaluate metrics, including customer satisfaction reports, and support the team in monitoring them.
• Effectively manage multiple verticals and groups, providing virtual support for key certified Dexian locations.
• Conduct Management Review Meetings at defined intervals, provide internal audit status reports, and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end quality and audit-related vendor coordination.
• Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 compliance programs.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and internal audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Identify control gaps and collaborate with process owners to develop and implement remediation plans.
• Evaluate and document internal controls to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 requirements.
• Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions for findings from internal and external assessments.
• Design and deliver training programs on ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 compliance for employees.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on the status of ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 compliance efforts.

Core Skillsets:

• ISMS (Information Security Management System)
• PIMS (Privacy Information Management System) - Must to have.
