We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.
1. Background:
a. As a SaaS Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our software-as-a-service product for process industries like Chemical & Food Industries in India.
b. You will identify prospective customers, understand their needs, and showcase how our solutions can address their challenges. This role relies heavily on relationship-building and an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes.
c. You will also help customers implement solutions with your process expertise by identifying opportunities in process optimization, decreasing quality deviations from dynamic golden batches. It requires thorough studying and understanding of the customer processes.
2. Responsibilities:
a. Identify and qualify leads through various channels.
b. Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential customers.
c. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
d. Develop marketing content using your domain expertise to generate inbound leads.
e. Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
f. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
g. Help clients implement TVARIT software and guide customers for success with your process knowledge.
3. Educational Qualifications:
a. Engineering degree (Chemical or Instrumentation & Control) + MBA (preferred)
4. Skills:
a. Proven experience 10+ experience as a process expert in chemical/food company.
b. Preferred experience in selling SaaS products, especially AI/ML solutions.
c. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
d. Open to travel
