Role Purpose:
To drive business development for our tech stack solutions, focusing on selling SaaS products to Financial Institutions (FIs) and corporate clients. This role will also manage delivery, build and maintain client relationships, and provide strategic inputs for product evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new accounts annually and achieve monthly billing targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to FIs and corporate clients.
2. Relationship Management:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and sustained partnerships.
- Act as a key point of contact for CXOs and decision-makers at client organizations.
3. Solution Design & Delivery:
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to customize and deliver SaaS solutions to clients.
- Ensure seamless project management and delivery of tech solutions to meet client needs.
4. Strategic Input:
- Gather client feedback to propose enhancements to the company's tech stack and improve product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
- MBA in sales (or related field) from a tier 1/tier 2 institute.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions for financial services.
- Knowledge of financial products, loan management systems, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior sales experience at technology providers serving financial services.
- Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions and managing client relationships.
