Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First round is a screening round which is purely a technical one related to sas programming and therapeutic areas and the if you are shortlisted for the next round it would be a long interview with panel and it's full of behavioral questions and a few irrelevant technical questions and finally it ends up boring and you loose the excitement to join the company after looking at the interview panel and their irrelevant questions just to complete 1.5 hours of interview time. Most surprised one is I wasn't asked any cdisc related question in any of the interviews.
