Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - IF YOU ARE LEFT WITH NO OTHER OPTION OTHER THAN CHOOSING BLINC360 THEN ONLY GO FOR THIS COMPANY, THIS IS A WORST COMPANY YOU WILL EVER WORK WITH, THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL SOON START BI-WEEKLY OFF AND HYBRID BUT NONE OF THAT HAPPENS EVER, EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WORKING HERE FOR YEARS FACE THE SAME ISSUES, I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, EVERYONE IS BIASED HERE, AND ONE MORE THING IF YOU ANYWAYS HAVE TO FINALISE THIS COMPANY DO NOT BARGAIN ON YOUR SALARY NO MATTER WHAT THE OTHER PERSON SAYS REGARDING THEIR BUDGET THEY ALWAYS LIE, NO EMPLOYEES HERE ARE PERMANENT HENCE THEY WILL DEFINITELY PAY WHAT YOU ASK FOR.
