Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please Don't compromise on CTC , As ZSM you should minimum get 20 Rs lacks as else you will get to know people who recruited from top business schools get 26 to 30 lacs for same profile who have virtually 0 experience but as you 12 to 15 years experience which kind if evens out and 20 lacs is still less than them ,but don't expect 12 lacs .
