Experience: Resumes in airtel format(containing HR questions) were submitted before 10 days. they shortlisted 19 people for aptitude test itself (not on cg basis).among dem 11 people are shortlisted for interview
General Tips: Be famliar with latest technologies n airtel products. they asked questions on tv..computer networks..antennas..etc GUD LUCK!!

Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: English paper includes around 25 questions...2 passages are there.based on that each one have 5 questions.Other questions are sentence joining and chose the wrong option(grammatical mistake). Other sections include mathematics type question.Time is very less you should be fast in solving problems.
Duration: 60 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: In the interview they asked me about my Training.i had done my training in Bharthi airtel,Hyderabad.They asked me about my final year projects.the interview is around 20 minutes.then they asked about myself.
