I worked very hard and after roughly two weeks. I presented everything in my 2nd interview. I was asked if I could share my codes, but I denied to share deep details. I however shared my final framework code, my work flow on a ppt and an excel sheet. I was then given a soft idea that things good look good for my candidature. However, I just needed to write a report, to show my writing skills. I have 10 years of experience, but I still did this last task. I did not hear back and no HR, TA person has contacted me from the beginning. When I followed up, I was told it's internally being discussed, and after a point..no reply.
