Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My advice to those searching for jobs and are fresher's is that reach the interview venue before half an hour and control your nerves. Answer each question intelligently and with patience. Always give positive answers to the questions asked. And don't be afraid to tell the truth because the company for which you are giving interview is like a, secondary family and be comfortable with your communication skills. Go for formal dress. What made me to stand different from other candidates was my personality and dressing sense. No body was wearing a tie. I was wearing a tie , and was centre of attraction among the other candidates. And got noticed by the employer. I would also suggest that before interview prepare your self mentally and physically. By mentally I mean read the most asked questions and answers.
