Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There is no technology work, only vendor management work is there, and on to it they want extreme project management with certifications. Pay grade is low and because of the company lack good resources and if someone accidently join due to circumstances they leave it since company culture is not good and work is not as per desired skill. "DON'T AGREE ON THEIR TERMS and CONDITIION" what you need tell them and get it in writing in your offer letter and same in Appointment letter.

They also change the terms and condition while in tenure don't sign or agree to it until you find it good.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interviewers were too smart for their own good. They kept interrupting me instead of just listening. It seemed like they were more intersted inhearing fancy words than straightforward, clear answers. I felt like I was taing an oral exam instead of just having a conversation. On top of that, their job description was all messed up and didn't make any sense.
