  • Q1. Total of 2 rounds. In 1st round, starting with Core Java concepts, Springboot, RestFull,SQL, scalability questions. Asked to write 3 programs and whole restful service implementation by sharing screen.

I applied via campus placement at Guru Nanak Engineering College, Ranga Reddy and was interviewed before Aug 2021. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Coding Test 

MCQ's with basic C/Java/Python/Javascript snippets where we need to select the output.

Round 2 - Technical 

(4 Questions)

  • Q1. OOPS Concepts Like Polymorphism, Inheritance etc..

I have overall experience of 2.5 years in customer service, I have recently been selected in accenture for inside sales all the rounds are completed. The hr asked my expectations and i said I am expecting a 30% hike, to which he just raised an eyebrow, I know it will not be possible but i am okay to settle for a 20% hike given I don't have experience in sales, however I wanted to see if accenture gives out bonus/incentives for such role or not as it's nit defined anywhere and the final discussion about this is pending so i don't know if bonus/incentives are given out by accenture. If anyone knows please let me know the same, also is it better that i stick to my 30% hike given accenture has not been providing any promotions or hikes for the past 3 years and i might get stuck as well in the same issue or should I settle for 20%. FYI - I am from hyderabad, I got selected in accenture HDC5

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I found this is one of the best interviews in my career. ADP is quite employee centric organization and knows how to hire the right candidate for right job. My experience was awesome. The Talent Acquisition team member and the interviewer are really helpful. You will feel the positive vibe at the first meeting with the interviewer. Long story short, my advice would be, you know your achievements better. Be open and honest while talking about it.
