Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: The total aptitude test was for 60 min...first section A for 30 min,Section B for 20 min and essay writing(topic was "your ideas on INNOVATION") for 10 min. Section A had questions based on english like a sentence was a given in which a word's meaning has to be derived based on the situation the word has been used...5 questions were asked like this.Next 5 questions were reading comprehension...an easy one.....next 5 questions were based on...a small para was given and conclusions were asked to make from that....totally english(20 questions) had to be done in 20 mins.....next quantitative ability...20 questions 10 min...very basic aptitude such as simple interest,compound interest,geometry,sequences...it was easy.... Coming to section B,it was logical reasoning....data coding and de coding was necessary...like ENGLISHis written as MUSNCAPW.....then what is MATHS??we need to decode each letter correspondingly.....10 questions were like this.... next 10 questions were based on C,C++....a little tough....need to know the concepts thouroughly .
Duration: 90 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Personal interview for me was a bit easy because the interviewer just asked me to explain the logic rather than
writing the complete code.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR was really very cool....he asked me about my family background.....about my ranks in AIEEE and EAMCET...he got shocked to see my ranks as i'm from AP...our ranks will be very good....next he asked me Y ADP??y software and so on....it was really very cool and easy for me.
General Tips: Be perfect with the basics of C,C++ and DS....for ECE guys....read one or two core subjects thoroughly...because interviewers will test the knowledge in ELECTRONIC background....be confident while speaking to the interviewer and don't try to bluff if you don't know....all the best.
College Name: NIT WARANGAL

The last section was essay writing and the topic was "What do you think about innovation and support it with a real time example".
Duration: 60 minutes

Experience: Questions were on C and DS. Covered almost everything. Concentrated much on pointers and linked lists. They asked details about my summer project.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: They asked me about my family background, hobbies and why i joined NIT Warangal. Why do you want to take up
a software job and why only ADP ? Do you wish to relocate and work in shifts ?
General Tips: Don't get tensed and be confident in the interview. Speed and accuracy matters a lot in apti. Be thorough with C and C++. Collect all the details of the company you have applied for.
