Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview rounds were okay spannig over weeks , but the management is really mean they ghosted me with any word despite clearing all rounds and letting me know that they will proceed further for the formalities , I had to reach out to people after a week to which they said that they now dont want to hire from outside and will proceed with internal changes, PATHETIC, atleast have the decency to let the candidate know if you wasted their weeks !!!
