Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Now a days it is very easy to get in retail sales. Because of frequent employee turnover same vacancies arises. Out of manpower pressure they will select you easily.
But think before you join because if you have to leave out of any urgent situation without offer in hand. Other recruiter will ask why you have left such a big organisation as they will not know how bad is the work culture.
So if you join and have to leave without job offers it will be like a daag in your career.

My advice will be to not join in retail sales department especially in Northeast locations.
Obviously salary will attract you but take the decision to join or not after proper evaluation of your ability.
