Engaged in preparing the quality assurance plan, manufacturing procedure specification (MPs) as per the customer specification & reviewing of process chart for every work order released in shop floor. • Involved in preparation of system documents like Quality Manual, Quality system procedure, Control future for all Department documents. • Prepare all standard operating procedures of each working station as per API & ISO and maintaining same in one location in system to seen to every plant user. • Coordination for all the internal audit and external audit as per schedule with auditor and maintain all documents. • Analyzing the customer complaints by root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions (preparation & implementation). • Follow up and comply of corrective action taken by the individual departments in case of any NCR issued during the audit. • Conducting plant surveillance audits during order execution.
