Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Worst company I ever seen!
There is no career growth!
Full of insecurities and confusion about what to do exactly.
Don't waste your time and energy for this corrupted and polluted company.
Centre director (franchise holder) doesn't provide any assurance for anybody's future growth.
It's becoming a cheat fund, they used to cheat with the students, who are fully paid their course fees, every employees used to tell lies on behalf of the centre director.
Many students are waiting to get their course completion certification during 2 to 3 years!
This company should be banned by the Aptech authority immediately.
There is no career growth!

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The worst company I have worked with. They make you work like animals, there is no leave concept in this company in a month you can take 1 day leave no emergency leave nothing infact you will be penalised if you take leave more than 1 day. Training and selection process takes a month, no incentives provided, 5 children or 7 children are in one class. This company works for profit only it’s not employee centric, per class they charge student 730 which means for 5 students it is 3650 and the payment for teacher per class is 225 Rs (which 2% of what a teacher gets) apart from classes every month there are training so basically if you’re working for 5 hours they add training also every month it takes 3 more hours everyday to finish training. It’s better to sell chai or do cloud kitchen than working in this company they are harassing teachers in the name of work. They are working against law regulations because every employee has right to take leave in emergency but this company is offending the rules and regulations. Work in some other company because bhanzu pay 20,000 for 5 hours and in this world 20,000 is nothing.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I grieve who are working with this Principal. First of all he dont know how to talk. Dont know the basic mannerism. He treated me like a beggar who came to beg. Even if I get job, Im not going to join such kind of organisation where staffs mental health is least concerned. Disgusting experience I have ever had in my entire career.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never ever apply to Lovely Professional University they would hire you complete all the interview process and after selecting in the interview the interview will tell us to come to punjab training period would be there for 15 days even it may be extended
After reporting at Punjab those HR guys will start their bloody process that we need to surrender our certificates to them or else they would be deducting security deposit a month which is equivalent to two months of salary.
In my case they have taken the certificates and also deducted security deposit amount
Coming to work over there they take in one department and throw you in different departments as per needs.
Toxic work culture ,Micromanagement not at all correct place to grow or learn something
One of worst part is they hire their alumni students and they hire people with 10th class also
Requesting you all never ever apply to LPU I have experienced.
