Worst office culture. Old and experienced employees get no pay rise, new ones are paid more. In the evening, the dirty party starts inside the office, which cannot be protested.

Hazra , behala and park Street franchise is just worst. They will hire and they don't give salary . These franchise higher authority behaves very rude and rough with the employees . If they don't like you they will ij insult you and will force you to leave the job .

I went for an interview for a mid level position and was interviewed by Miss Neha who has recently joined the company. The interview did not last for more than 20 mins. She was so impolite, kept cutting me off with every answer making it sound like it wasn’t an achievement. I come from an extensive background in global organisations and international partnerships so i understand how important people skills are as well as, how marketing and communications work. She had no EQ and any knowt anout global working or was interested in hearing me. She would get irritated when i spoke about my achievements, which was quite shocking! She didn’t ask any questions about who am i, what are my ideas, plans etc. They had my resume for over a month and knew my experience. But to call someone for an interview, who is lead in his/her department and be treated like they are being asked to sit in an exam and get spoken rudely to was a culture shock. The company focuses on soft skills however, their own staff lock them! People make company culture and give a bad name to the org.

There is no professionalism, they used to create dirty politics. No salary increment, colleges are not cooperative. If you don't want to ruin your future, never ever come here to work. At the end of the day you will go home with only a bag of disappointment. One of the female staff has polluted this place, the owner doesn't say anything in the urge of Jake to serve his own dirty interests.
