Round: Group Discussion
Experience: An abstract topic was given the on which we were supposed to discuss for 15 minutes followed by individual summary of the discussion and a common conclusion.
Tips: Stay confident and cover all the points in conclusion, while keep summary based on your point of view.
Duration: 15 minutes

Round: Stress Interview
Experience: It was more of a stress interview where they were trying to test my patience. They kept asking me stress questions on my resume and qualification background. They were judging my view point and my decision making skills. Overall tempo of the interview was skewed towards the candidate being able to handle the pressure and show his calm and composed side in those moments.
Tips: The tips I would like to give to candidates will be be confident and calm in an interview no matter what. If you don't know something that's totally okay, nobody is judging you for your knowledge only. It is the overall personality and behavior that matters. Last thing and most important thing which I would like to add is be honest about everything that is there.
