Nothing. It’s a scam run by 2 lalas. They have made their old trustworthy employees go in an instant. Appraisal letters have been given in phases to some people and others are being sent here and there and eventually getting fired.

Dislikes

1. Work really hard for a year and you’ll still get no hike and get fired if the lalas and the chamchas don’t like you. 2. Everyone is always raising fingers on each other and the 2 lalas fire anyone they want anytime. Zero job security. 3. Managers are irresponsible and do politics 4. This year, they have done malpractice by changing people’s ratings on back end just to fire some of them. 5. You can get fired for N number of silly reasons ranging from : asking questions in a CXO town hall to someone spreading false rumours about your work.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.campany policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is lot of politics and the management doen address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign on the job training is not giving to new joinees

There is nothing to be liked, only you get your pay on time. Time flexibility is there but you have to completer your task come what may as per your manager demand and without support, On manager position you have to work like executive and for executive it is much worse. So time 10 to 7 but you have to work till night

Everthing is disliked here, All management people are playing politics and because of that company is not making profit. Only funding saves it but now it was D series funding and how this organisation will survive its impossible

There is lunch facility but not good quality,And like unity in the team but management doesn't like it.

Dislikes

There is no Job security in Zopper any time your manager ask for resignation in the Name of Down sizing the team. And no hierarchy of reporting, any time your HOD will offended to you and will plan to remove you.
