...ch everything is atrocious. Only join if you are friends with senior management. Terrible salary with no benefits. Diwali bonus is Rs. 1000 Amazon gift card. We pay our maid more than that. When they need extra work done they say we are a family and after they get work done, there's no overtime nor do they adjust targets. Toxic work culture which will make you want to resign everyday or jump from the roof.

...ce sucks. They do not care, if you have any problem they do not relax anything. If you achieve target they increase it and if you not they will give backlog They also have not yet credited my salary, i worked for 21 days and they are saying you will not get it. Worst company ever!!

1. They do not care about employees, you have to work 12-14 hours daily to complete project. 2. If you not complete it then you they give you backlog and every individual in the company get backlogs and you have to complete it on Saturday and Sunday. 3. The target is un achievable they are saying 2 days, offs but you have to sit on those day every time

Nothing is liked here . They want work 24 hour no work life balance. poor management they don’t know how to compete target and force their junior employees to work whole day even on weekend .

Only good thing probably is WFH setup.

Feels like a govt office, slow and lethargic with repetitive work and very very little salary. Good for nothing doing well and hard workers not appreciated much - Neither the work nor the benefits are exciting - I really don't see why anyone would join such a company unless financial hardships.
