The management prioritizes politics over actual employee concerns. I’ve had to take on extra responsibilities with no additional pay.

Prepare to be constantly criticized. There’s no encouragement, only negativity and pressure to perform. There’s no clear path to advancement; it feels like a dead-end job. Communication from management is poor; we rarely know what's happening in the company.

They preach teamwork but practice division. It’s the opposite of what they claim to be. I feel like a cog in a machine that doesn’t care about my development or happiness.

...te of my time. Micromanagement is rampant; you can’t make decisions on your own. The favoritism is obvious; hard work doesn’t pay off. I was promised flexible work arrangements, but the reality is rigid and suffocating.

Poor onboarding process. New employees feel lost and unsupported.

Dislikes

...d. Don’t expect any support from leadership; they’re too busy playing favorites. The compensation doesn’t match the workload. I feel overworked and underappreciated.

There's a complete lack of mentorship for junior employees. The communication between departments is nonexistent, leading to endless confusion.

Many tasks are redundant and seem to serve no purpose other than to fill time. The workload is insane, and the pay doesn’t even come close to matching it. The uncertainty about future raises is frustrating. Employees deserve to know where they stand financially. The lack of training opportunities leaves employees feeling unprepared for their roles. No team spirit; everyone is out for themselves, creating a miserable atmosphere.
