Terrible job security especially with new management. Work environment has become toxic. Too much of politics for a medium size organisation. Poor project management, frequent project releases, etc.

The job depends from project to project. If they do not have projects, they ask you leave. The company culture needs a lot of improvement.

Also understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work life balance and offers flexible working hours and remote work options.

Sometimes there is communication gaps between teams or departments which may leads to confusion and inefficiency.

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.
