I like their political environment. Political parties can contact to train thier valunteer to teach how to run a political companies. How to impose untrained heli-copter manager. Geeksforgeeks is a political party but its founder did not register it with ECI under political party. Instead its founder register this Garbage for Gargage under Software company. He should accept his mistake and re-register his gfg as Political party in India by requesting to ECI (Election commison of India).

I used to appreciate the work culture and the people here at GeeksforGeeks. It was a place where teamwork and growth thrived, and we looked forward to events like Fun Fridays that brought everyone together. However, things have drastically changed. Many of my colleagues have been laid off, and now, the environment feels tense and uncertain. Job security is a major concern, and what was once a collaborative atmosphere has turned toxic. Ironically, Fun Fridays now seems to be exclusive to the top management (4 people), while every week, at least 4-5 employees are getting surprised layoff.

...time. - Cost Cutting: Basics like coffee machines and tissues get removed often. - Job Insecurity: Salary hikes are rare, and people are just trying to hold onto their jobs. - Team Shuffling: Teams are frequently changed, and layoffs happen under the guise of performance issues. - No WFH: Work from home is no longer an option, expect 10 WFH in a year, because they have mentioned a flexible WFH policy in offer letters. - Excessive Control: Restricted access to the game room, hidden pool sticks, and removed balcony chairs - like being back in school. - No Fun Events: No Fun Fridays, annual parties, or celebrations like Diwali this year. Instead of improving the business or culture, it feels like they're focused on controlling employees.

Don't work in Geeksforgeeks. There is no job security. Upper management takes instinctive bad decisions. They are ruthless. They don't consider loyalty and honestly. Whoever buttered them they will stay. They fired whole of the team who built gfg from the scratch. Fired everyone and hired interns. Whatever job opening are ther in job portal are all expired and jobathon they are fake marketing it because in backend there are no such job openings. They are fooling market , candidates and HRs

Work culture is pathetic. At any given point of time they will change your team. They will not pay than your worth. They don't provide tissues at washroom (apparently cost cutting) , lights will get off at day time (apparently energy saving). CEO after first round of firing no one will get fired and from next day second round of firing started. I recommend no one even interns don't join this toxic company

From top management founder to managers, all are try to suck employee. This is like sugar, a sweet poison which looks good but in long run you will loose all your skills. I will not say you don't join this company but don't stay here for more than 6-12 months. Just join and find the new one as soon as possible.
