At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.

There is no hike on your promotion. They will not agree to match your salary as per industry standards. so if you are planning to join for long term then it will not good for you.

Xoriant is a wonderful place to work. Compensation wise, reward recognition and hike wise very good. If you will get a good project then you can make your carrier in xoriant in a best way
