At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.

Mental peace is priceless, and this company's toxic culture will rob you of it. Even if other organization offer less compensation, you will be better off in the long run. TCS, HCL-heck even a startup with decent policies- will feel like paradise compared to this mess. In summary, Xoriant might have a few perks, but the downsides will leave you wishing you'd chosen differently.

Timely salary, supportive team and colleagues. Your progress will be tracked every day and every week, based on your client. If you are someone who is regular and diligent this is good place for you. Flexible work hours, recognition and appreciation to your work. Good number of interesting projects. Notice period is 3 months and no buyout. So keep an eye for this.

Poor operational team, it takes months to resolve your queries, no support if you face any issues regarding any internal processes. Its almost as if there is no HR team once you onboarded to the team. If you are okay bearing the frustation of having issues related to insurance, flexi benefits go unresolved for months, go ahead join here.
