So if your salary is 50K and you have 15K as incentives, just one mistake and your in hand comes to 35K. HR's don't listen to the employees. Employees' wellbeing is a taboo.

Salary structure is the most insane part over here, You will have to give your 200% to receive complete salary of single month because variable components are higher than the fixed one for which you have to continuously struggle to achieve that criteria.

Salary. Bonus which they have also stopped from this year 2022. Direct communication with the Management.

...work and life balance. Not approving planned holidays. Sandwich leaves policy. Salary on 7th of every month. I hate there floor policy to sit alone and no conversation from the colleagues at all In night shift only boys. No Transport facilities.

Everything the company culture isnt good they are firing people due to recession that to in a rude manner without prior intimation. The company doesnt have any core values.

No job security, XLD has zero value in industry, plays with employee's career, no work life balance, dumb management, zero value for employee, employee's are tracked by their so called watchman's - If anybody found talking with their colleague they will be be issued warning letter and after 3 warning he will be fired. etc.
