Only thing good about XLD was Compensation and Benefits. But now that's also gone.

...company policy- policy can be changed just with a single incident. Poor culture. Infact its a shop you can say u work and take your pay. Highly insecure job.

There is only one brain in the company, which reside at the top. The Software Development Manager in India acts more like a postman, often losing important information when passing it on to the team. He doesn't know anything but behave like "Chai se Ketli Garam hai". Moreover, the Software Development Head in the USA doesn't want the Indian team to work on their main project. Despite knowing this, Indian management continues to hire and handover person to the Indian Postman. Consequently, the outcome often leads to potential job loss, all in an attempt to salvage their own positions.

Salary given is good for freshers

Dislikes

No work life balance. You will have to work on weekends forcefully. Every you have to stretch to complete 8 hrs of work. Always have to work under pressure. If you switch, you will get less package and many more..

...which is helpful for your future. Your value stays till you are an XLD employee. And no one in market offers you high salary so you can't switch.

Poor task management, Never recognises your work. If you have any issue please don't discuss with HR they will say you can leave. Company policy is always greater than employees health.
